Spicejet Ltd — Important, 05-09-2025: Company Update

SpiceJet issued monitoring reports on its capital utilization for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. From a Rs. 494.09 Cr preferential issue, Rs. 145.37 Cr was spent, with Rs. 143.72 Cr remaining. Funds were reallocated to fleet operations from statutory obligations. A Rs. 1,060 Cr preferential issue saw no new capital this quarter; Rs. 381.81 Cr remains unutilized, affected by expired warrants and a prior ATF overspend. The Rs. 3,000 Cr QIP utilized Rs. 158.29 Cr, leaving Rs. 142.17 Cr unutilized (some pledged). Rs. 300 Cr was reallocated from new fleet to general corporate purposes and creditor payments.
