VGINFOTECH's board approved a 69 Cr deal for 1 Lakh UPI sound boxes and moved 27.97 Cr from IPO funds to working capital, pending shareholder approval. With 80 Cr existing orders and a ~650 Cr government tender pipeline, future warrants for promoters were also discussed.
