Nuvoco Vistas Corp. Ltd. reports that CRISIL has assigned a 'CRISIL AA/Watch Developing' rating to its additional proposed Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of Rs. 250 Cr. With this, an aggregate of Rs. 600 Cr NCDs now hold the 'CRISIL AA/Watch Developing' rating and outlook from CRISIL.
