Electronic copies of the AGM notice and Annual Report for FY 2024-25 have been sent to members and are available on the company and BSE websites. Remote e-voting will be open from September 20, 2025 (9:00 a.m. IST) to September 22, 2025 (5:00 p.m. IST). Only members recorded on September 16, 2025, can vote. Share transfer books will be closed from September 17, 2025, to September 23, 2025. This allows shareholders to participate and vote on critical company matters.
