    TGL's board approved Samsad Alam Khan as Secretarial Auditor for FY26 and proposed M/s S G Marathe & Co. as Statutory Auditor for 5 years. The board also approved the FY25 Board's Report and scheduled the 6th Annual General Meeting for Sept 30, 2025.
