KCD Industries India announced a change in its Key Managerial Personnel. Ms. Priyanka Dangayach resigned as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer to pursue career opportunities outside the company. Following this, the company appointed Mr. Himanshu Gupta (Mem. No: A70175) as the new Company Secretary & Compliance Officer. Mr. Gupta's appointment was nominated by the Nomination & Remuneration Committee. This ensures continuity in the company's crucial governance and compliance functions.
