Decipher Labs Ltd — Important, 05-09-2025: Company Update

Decipher Labs' board has approved key appointments to strengthen company governance and compliance. M/s. Aakanksha Dubey & Co. were appointed as Secretarial Auditors for five financial years, while Mr. Sushant Mohan Lal will serve as Internal Auditor for FY 2025-26. Mrs. Lakshmi Vijaya Nimmala was also re-appointed as an Independent Director for another five-year term. Additionally, the board approved the notice and Directors Report for FY 2024-25, and an upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) was scheduled. M/s. S.S. Reddy & Associates were appointed as scrutinizer for the AGM's e-voting, enhancing shareholder oversight.
