KCD Industries India Ltd — Important, 05-09-2025: Company Update

KCD Industries' Board has approved several key changes and upcoming shareholder actions. Mr. Chirag Shah joins as an Additional Executive Director and will be part of key committees. M/s. Deepak Patil & Co. takes over as Secretarial Auditor for five years, pending shareholder approval. Mr. Himanshu Gupta is the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, replacing Ms. Priyanka Dangayach. The Board also approved the Annual Report and Board Report for FY2024-25. Shareholders will vote at the upcoming Annual General Meeting to regularize three Independent Directors and re-appoint the Managing Director.
