    DP Wires' board approved FY25 results. Shareholders will vote at the Sept 30 AGM on proposed unsecured loans: ₹150 Cr to DP Kataria Pvt Ltd and ₹50 Cr to Kataria Plastics Pvt Ltd. Director re-appointment and a new Secretarial Auditor are also on the agenda.
