Netlink Solutions India Ltd — Important, 05-09-2025: Company Update

Netlink Solutions (India) will hold its 40th Annual General Meeting on September 29, 2025, to adopt the audited financial results for FY25 and re-appoint a director. For FY25, total income was Rs. 9.36 Cr, and net profit after tax stood at Rs. 5.35 Cr. No dividend was declared. A significant development is an open offer for 26% of voting capital (6,57,599 shares) from new acquirers. Additionally, the Board saw changes with three Independent Directors retiring and three new ones joining. M/s. Malay Desai & Associates will be appointed as Secretarial Auditor for five years at Rs. 0.01 Cr for FY26.
