SONAMAC's board approved its FY25 Annual Report and appointed M/s M R S & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five years. They re-appointed Mrs. Shweta Baisla and regularized Mr. Narender Kumar as Directors (shareholder nod needed). Salary revisions for MD, CFO, and CS were approved. The 6th AGM is on Sep 29 via VC.
