Prism Medico and Pharmacy Limited has filed its Annual Report for the financial year 2024-2025. The company reported a net loss of 0.05 Cr (Rs. 4.87 lakh) on operations revenue of 0.63 Cr (Rs. 63.19 lakh). Due to these losses, no dividend was declared. The company has announced its 23rd Annual General Meeting on September 30, 2025, where shareholders will consider ratifying the appointment of M/s. Garg Mendiratta and Associates as the new statutory auditors. Shareholders will also vote on approving related party transactions with a limit of 60 Cr for the financial year. Management anticipates improved future performance through cost control and optimization.
