Western Ministil's Board has approved its audited financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2025. The company appointed M/s. Maark & Associates as new Statutory Auditors and M/s. Somani & Associates as Secretarial Auditors. Significant board changes include the regularization of Mr. Satish Pandey as Executive Director and the appointment of Mr. Prakash Baliram Shewale as Managing Director for five years.
