Alchemist Corporation Limited's Board has appointed M/s. Sudhir K & Associates as Internal Auditors and M/s. A. K Chaudhary & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for FY 2025-26. The Board also put forward M/s. Krishan Rakesh & Co. for member approval as Statutory Auditors for five years. Significantly, the board approved altering the company's Object Clause, subject to shareholder approval, to pursue new opportunities in software development, e-commerce, digital promotion, and IT/ITES consultancy. The 32nd Annual General Meeting will be convened through video conferencing, where a scrutinizer has also been appointed.
