ACI Infocom Ltd — Important, 05-09-2025: Company Update

The company's board saw significant leadership changes with the resignations of Managing Director Mr. Kushal Chand Jain and CFO Mr. Dilip Kumar Dhariwal. Mr. Pradeep Dhanuka was appointed as the new Managing Director and CFO for a five-year term, and Mrs. Nidhi Pradeep Dhanuka was regularized as a Non-Executive Director. New Statutory, Secretarial, and Internal Auditors were also appointed. The board approved raising funds through equity or other instruments and increased various company limits for loans, investments, guarantees, asset disposal, and borrowings up to Rs. 100 Crore (Rs. 50 Crore for certain related party transactions), all pending shareholder approval. The Annual General Meeting was scheduled.
