ACI Infocom Ltd — Important, 05-09-2025: Company Update

The company's Board approved major leadership changes: Mr. Kushal Chand Jain resigned as Managing Director, and Mr. Dilip Kumar Dhariwal as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Pradeep Dhanuka was appointed the new Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer, with Mrs. Nidhi Pradeep Dhanuka joining as Non-Executive Director. The Board also approved fundraising via equity or other instruments, and will seek shareholder approval to increase limits for loans, investments, guarantees, asset disposal, and borrowings (each up to Rs. 100 Cr), and related party transactions (up to Rs. 50 Cr). New Statutory, Secretarial, and Internal Auditors were appointed. First-quarter financial results are forthcoming.
