Padmalaya Telefilms Ltd — Important, 05-09-2025: Company Update

Padmalaya Telefilms' board has met, taking note of the Directors' and Auditors' Reports for the financial year ended March 2025. The board approved the re-appointment of G.V. Narasamha Rao, Tammareddy Bharadwaja, and S.Sreenivasa Rao as directors, with the latter two as Independent Directors for five years. They also approved the regularization and appointment of Puskur Ram Mohan Rao as a Director and Independent Director. M/s. Puttaparthi Jagannatham & Co. was appointed as Secretarial Auditors for five years. The board also approved the notice for the upcoming 34th Annual General Meeting and appointed a scrutinizer for voting.
