For the purpose of the AGM, the Register of Members and Share Transfer books will be closed from September 24, 2025, to September 30, 2025. September 23, 2025, has been set as the cut-off date for determining eligible voters. The Annual Report for the financial year 2024-25, including audited financial statements, will be sent electronically to shareholders. Shareholders are encouraged to update their email addresses.
