SIS Limited's board approved a strategic move, acquiring 100% of A P Securitas in two tranches. This boosts SIS's market share in India's security & facility management. A P Securitas saw ₹1,119 Cr revenue in FY25. An initial cash of ₹73.40 Cr covers 51%.
