Modi Naturals has announced its 51st Annual General Meeting to adopt the audited financial results for FY25. Sales and Other Income for FY25 were ₹335.32 Cr, with Profit After Tax surging to ₹7.65 Cr from ₹0.91 Cr in FY24, despite a slight revenue decline. Shareholders will vote on key re-appointments: Mr. Anil Modi as Chairman & MD, Mr. Akshay Modi as Joint MD, and Mrs. Aditi Gupta as Whole Time Director, all for three-year terms. Their proposed remuneration includes starting salaries of ₹0.06 Cr/month for Mr. Anil Modi and Mr. Akshay Modi, and ₹0.02 Cr/month for Mrs. Aditi Gupta, plus up to 3% commission on net profit.
