Other Nationwide Circulating English Newspaper dated 6THSeptember, 2025 in compliance with Ministry

of Corporate Affairs Circular No. 02/2021 dated January 13, 2021, intimating that the 28thAnnual

General Meeting of the Company will be held on TUESDAY, 30th September, 2025 at 01:00 P.M. IST

through Video Conferencing / Other Audio Visual Means and information on E-voting and other related

information relating to 28thAnnualGeneral Meeting.

Further, in terms of Regulation 30 and other applicable regulations, if any of the SEBI (Listing Obligations

and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are enclosing herewith a copy of the aforesaid

newspaper clipping of the advertisement published on 6th September, 2025.
