Sinnar Bidi Udyog has scheduled its 51st Annual General Meeting (AGM) for September 29, 2025, at 11:30 a.m. via video conferencing to conduct its business. Electronic copies of the AGM notice and the Annual Report for FY25 have been dispatched and are available online. Members can participate in remote e-voting from September 26 (9:00 a.m.) to September 28 (5:00 p.m.), with September 22 as the cut-off date for eligibility. The company's Register of Members and Share Transfer Book will close from September 22 to September 29. Shareholders with unclaimed physical share certificates (face value Rs. 5 each) from the July 2019 subdivision are urged to claim them.
