Shareholders can participate via Video Conferencing or Other Audio Visual Means. The company is providing an e-voting facility for all members to cast their votes on resolutions, both remotely and during the AGM. The cut-off date for voting eligibility is September 19, 2025. The remote e-voting period runs from September 26, 2025 (9:00 am) to September 29, 2025 (5:00 pm). The Share Transfer Books will be closed from September 24 to September 30, 2025. This allows shareholders to engage in company governance.
