Steel Strips Infrastructures Ltd — Important, 06-09-2025: Company Update

STEEL STRIPS INFRASTRUCTURES has executed an agreement to sell its remaining four shops at SAB Mall, Noida, to M/s. SMC Enterprises Private Limited for Rs 15 Crores. Concurrently, the company signed an MOU with its sister concern, M/s Shubham Properties Private Limited, for SAB Mall's residual rights, for Rs 2 Crores. The total consideration of Rs 17 Crores will be utilized to pay off company liabilities. In the last financial year, SAB Mall generated 1.29 Cr in revenue. This strategic asset sale helps reduce the company's debt burden.
