GB Logistics Commerce has announced its book closure period will be from September 23 to September 29, for the purpose of its 5th Annual General Meeting. The AGM is scheduled for September 29. Shareholders on record by September 22 will be eligible to participate in the Annual General Meeting. The company also clarified that no dividend has been declared for the financial year 2024-2025.
