Emerald Leisures' Board approved its FY24-25 Directors Report and governance documents. It re-appointed Mr. Rajesh Loya as Whole-time Director for five years, proposed re-appointments for two other directors, and appointed three new Independent Directors. These appointments/re-appointments, alongside a Rs. 500 Cr Related Party Transaction limit and M/s.
