Steel Strips Infrastructures has announced the sale of its remaining four shops at SAB Mall, Noida, to M/s. SMC Enterprises Private Limited for Rs 15 Cr. Additionally, it signed an agreement with its sister concern, M/s Shubham Properties Private Limited, for the mall's residual rights, receiving Rs 2 Cr. The total consideration of Rs 17 Cr will be utilized to pay company liabilities. This sale is significant as SAB Mall contributed 97.93% of the company's revenue in the last financial year (Rs 1.29 Cr). The transaction is expected to complete by October 31, 2025.
