    Kotyark Industries Board approved a ₹1.00/share final dividend for FY25 (Record Date Sept 22). The 9th AGM is set for Sept 29. The Board also approved re-appointment of Chairman cum MD Mr. Shah and other directors. A decision on fundraising plans was postponed.
