The company’s share transfer books will be closed from September 20 to September 30, 2025. Shareholders registered by September 19, 2025, are eligible to vote. Remote e-voting will be available from September 27 at 9:00 a.m. until September 29 at 5:00 p.m. This meeting allows shareholders to participate in key company decisions and review the annual business for the financial year 2024-25.
