Maruti Infrastructure Ltd — Important, 06-09-2025: Company Update

Maruti Infrastructure has announced its 31st Annual General Meeting on September 30, 2025, to be held virtually. Shareholders will review the annual audited financial statements for FY25, which show a total revenue of 51.02 Cr and a profit after tax of 1.93 Cr. Key agenda items include the re-appointment of Mr. Nimesh D. Patel as Chairman & Managing Director for three years (at an annual salary of 1.8 Cr). Also on the agenda are the re-appointments of Mrs. Hiteshi N. Patel, Mrs. Dipali S. Patel, and Mr. Ronak A. Mehta as Directors. Additionally, M/s. Patel Aadeshra and Partners LLP are proposed as the new Secretarial Auditors.
