This share issuance resulted in a change of control, with Prabhatam Investments and Mr. Mayank Gupta now holding 68.84% as the new promoter group. Several board and key management changes followed. The 1.41 Cr raised from the preferential issue is currently unutilized, awaiting suitable deployment opportunities.
