Satiate Agri Ltd — Important, 06-09-2025: Company Update

Satiate Agri Limited's board has approved several key appointments. M/s. S. N. Gadiya & Co. and M/s. Ajit Jain & Co. are proposed as Statutory and Secretarial Auditors respectively, each for a five-year term, pending shareholder approval. The board also approved the appointment of three Independent Directors: Mr. Swapnil Rathi, Mrs. Garima Mahajan, and Mr. Mohd Tarique, each for a five-year term, subject to shareholder consent. Furthermore, Mr. Samyak Jain has been appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer and KMP. Mr. Jai Kumar Doshi is appointed as Internal Auditor for FY 2025-26. This strengthens the company's governance and financial oversight.
