To ensure continuity, the Board, after review by its Nomination and Remuneration Committee, approved the appointment of Mr. Yash Gurnani as an Additional Independent Director for five consecutive years. Mr. Gurnani, a qualified Company Secretary, brings expertise in legal compliance, capital markets, and corporate governance to the company's oversight.
