Kellton Tech's board approved plans to raise up to $50 million (~₹417 Cr) via FCCBs and ₹250 Cr via QIP/other securities. They also aim to increase authorized share capital from ₹60 Cr to ₹100 Cr and plan a new wholly-owned subsidiary in Ireland.
