Orient Tradelink Ltd — Important, 06-09-2025: Company Update

Orient Tradelink Limited has announced a board meeting where it approved a significant name change proposal to 'Radiant Global Ventures Limited', pending shareholder consent. The Board also approved a preferential issue of 40.50 lakh equity shares at Rs 22 per share, aiming to raise approximately 8.91 Cr. Additionally, the company appointed M/s. Vaibhav Sharma & Associates as Secretarial Auditors and M/s. NYS & Company as Statutory Auditors, both for five-year terms. Mr. Aushim Khetarpal was re-appointed as Managing Director for five years, and Mr. Mahendra Prasad Sharma was regularized as an Independent Director for a five-year term. All these key decisions are subject to shareholder approval.
