Orient Tradelink Ltd — Important, 06-09-2025: Company Update

Orient Tradelink's Board has approved a significant change of the company name to “Radiant Global Ventures Limited,” pending shareholder and regulatory approvals. The Board also re-appointed Mr. Aushim Khetarpal as Managing Director and regularized Mr. Mahendra Prasad Sharma as an Independent Director, both for five-year terms. New Secretarial and Statutory Auditors were appointed for five years, subject to shareholder consent. Furthermore, the company approved a preferential issue of 40.50 lakh equity shares at Rs 22 each, which will raise approximately Rs 8.91 Crore, pending necessary approvals.
