Aviva Industries' board has increased its Authorized Share Capital from Rs. 18 Cr to Rs. 33 Cr. The company will issue 3.1 Cr convertible equity warrants at Rs. 28 each, raising up to Rs. 86.80 Cr from specified investors to fuel growth. A key strategic move includes adding new object clauses to its Memorandum of Association, enabling expansion into agriculture, farming, agri-commodity trading, pest control products, and related services.
