NIBE Ordnance and Maritime has announced its 40th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held virtually via Video Conferencing or Other Audio-Visual Means. The AGM will address business outlined in the Notice. The Annual Report for the financial year 2024-25 and AGM Notice have been dispatched electronically to shareholders with registered email IDs and are available on the company website and stock exchange platforms. Shareholders can exercise their voting rights through remote e-voting before the meeting or via e-voting during the virtual AGM, with a specific cut-off date for eligibility. This provides convenient participation for all shareholders.
