Shoppers Stop: Promoters Anbee Constructions LLP, Cape Trading LLP, and K Raheja Corp Private Limited have re-pledged approximately 70.77 lakh shares (~6.43% of total equity). These shares were previously released from a pledge with HDFC Bank and subsequently pledged with Aditya Birla Capital Limited. This action represents a shift in lenders for existing facilities and does not alter the overall proportion of promoter-pledged holdings. #SHOPERSTOP
