Shoppers Stop Limited — Pledging, 08-09-2025: Pledge/Unpledge

Shoppers Stop: Promoters Cape Trading LLP, Anbee Constructions LLP, and K Raheja Corp Private Limited have recently re-arranged their pledged shares.

A total of 70.76 lakh shares (approx 0.71 Cr) were released from a pledge with HDFC Bank Limited (via IDBI Trusteeship). This included 18.47 lakh shares each from Cape Trading LLP and Anbee Constructions LLP, and 33.82 lakh shares from K Raheja Corp Private Limited.

Immediately after this release, the *same 70.76 lakh shares* were pledged with Aditya Birla Capital Limited.

This indicates a strategic refinancing of existing loans or a change in lenders for these promoter entities, resulting in no net change to their overall pledged holdings.
