The Notice and Annual Report for the financial year 2024-25 will be sent electronically to members with registered email IDs and also made available on the company, NSDL, and BSE websites. Shareholders holding physical shares or those who haven't registered their emails are encouraged to update their contact information with the Company’s Registrar and Transfer Agent or their Depository Participant(s) for dematerialized shares, enabling participation and access to documents.
