1. The Board’s Report along with annexures for the year ended 31st

March,2025;

2. The Notice and fixed date, time and place of 34th Annual General

Meeting to be called and convened on Tuesday, 30th September,

2025 at 02.00 p.m. through Video Conference / Other Audio Video

Means (VC / OAVM);

3. Fixed Book Closure from 23rd September, 2025 to 30th September,

2025 (both days inclusive) for 34th Annual General Meeting;

4. Appointed M/s. Dudhatra & Co., Chartered Accountants, as

internal Auditor of the Company for the Financial Year 2025-26

5. Appointed M/s. S. D. Mehta & Co., Chartered Accountants, as

Statutory Auditor of the Company for the Financial Year 2025-26

to 2029-30,

6. Appointment of M/s. H Togadiya and Associates Practicing

Company Secretaries, Rajkot, as Secretarial Auditors of the

Company for a period of five consecutive five years from the

Financial Year 2025-26 to 2029-30;

7. Appointment of M/s. Vijay Anadkat & Associates, Practicing

Company Secretary, as scrutinizer to scrutinize both the remote e-

voting as well as e-voting during the 34th Annual General Meeting.

The Board Meeting commenced at 01:00 p.m. and concluded at 3:25

p.m. on the same day.
