Azad Engineering's Board approved the FY25 Annual Report. It decided to appoint Ashish Kumar Gaggar as Secretarial Auditor for five years and continue Independent Director Michael Joseph Booth's tenure. Both decisions await shareholder vote. The 42nd AGM notice was also approved.
