APIL delivered a strong performance in FY25, with revenue climbing 39.29% YoY to ₹78.74 Cr and Profit Before Tax (PBT) rising 46.92% to ₹6.06 Cr. Power Quality Solutions (PQS) sales surged an impressive 130% YoY.

The company is strategically focused on becoming a "Single Window Solution Provider" for AT&C loss reduction, driving growth through PQS and Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI). Key strategies include vertical integration, an expanded manufacturing footprint, and market penetration.

Recent developments include acquiring TDK’s Power Quality Solutions division, with a new plant commissioning in Q4 FY26. APIL also launched its flagship AMI infrastructure project, "Digital Infrastructure," and its renewable energy subsidiary, FPL, is actively executing solar projects and secured a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with GRIDCO. Smart Meter and Smart Water Meter indigenization is progressing with successful type testing.

For FY26, sales booked to date are ₹29.48 Cr (up 90% YoY), with order booking soaring 219% YoY to ₹80.80 Cr. Management is confident in achieving a projected 75% YoY sales growth for FY26, aiming for ₹140.00 Cr revenue. APIL aims to be a dominant force in India's digital utility ecosystem, enhancing its platform with AI-driven interventions through a collaboration with Vigyan Labs.
