Morepen Laboratories' subsidiary, Morepen Medipath Limited (MML), has formed a 50:50 joint venture with UAE-based Bimedical FZE. This new Indian-incorporated Joint Venture Company (JVC) will focus on manufacturing, trading, and selling medical devices products. MML will hold a 50% stake, giving Morepen Labs an indirect 30% interest. This strategic move aims to enhance Morepen's product portfolio and expand its presence in the growing medical devices market. The initial capital contribution will be in cash, with specifics to be decided.
