Desh Rakshak Aushdhalaya Limited's board has approved the preferential allotment of 12.60 lakh equity shares, each with a face value of Rs. 10, at a price of Rs. 22 per share to four identified non-promoter investors. This issuance successfully raised Rs. 2.772 Cr for the company. Following this allotment, the company's issued, subscribed, and paid-up share capital increased from Rs. 4.438 Cr (44.38 lakh shares) to Rs. 5.698 Cr (56.98 lakh shares). This capital infusion strengthens the company's financial position.
