NILE Limited has informed shareholders about the upcoming transfer of equity shares to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) Authority. This applies to shares where dividends have remained unclaimed for seven or more consecutive years. Shareholders with unclaimed dividends are encouraged to contact the company or its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent immediately to claim their dues and prevent the transfer of their shares to the IEPF Authority. Once transferred, claims can only be made from the IEPF Authority.
