Panorama Studios International has announced its 45th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on September 30, 2025, via video conference. The company has proposed a final dividend of ₹0.20 per equity share for FY 2024-25, pending shareholder approval. For the purpose of the AGM and dividend, the share transfer books will close from September 24 to September 30, 2025. Shareholders eligible to vote on the cut-off date of September 23, 2025, can participate in remote e-voting from September 27 to September 29, 2025.
