The company's board has approved several key changes. Two Independent Directors, Mr. Devanshu Desai and Mrs. Hinal Shah, resigned due to other commitments. Simultaneously, the statutory auditors, M/s. H. G. Sarvaiya & Co., also stepped down, citing a change in company ownership and the new management's preference for their own auditors. M/s. Vatsaraj & Co. were appointed as the new statutory auditors. Reflecting these personnel shifts, the Audit, Nomination, Remuneration and Compensation, and Stakeholders Relationship Committees' compositions were also revised.
