Roadway Solutions India Infra launched an open offer to acquire 25.02% of Soma Textiles at INR 47.14/share (~38.96 Cr). With an additional 74.98% acquisition from existing promoters (~87.67 Cr), Roadway takes full control. The acquirer plans to diversify Soma Textiles from cotton trading into new business lines, leveraging its construction expertise.
